Theft from vehicle reported 
On 08/12/16, at 11:58 A.M., a theft from a vehicle was reported in the fuel pump area of a business located in the 5100 block of State Highway 78. The vehicle owner said when she left her vehicle to go speak to the clerk, an unknown person entered her vehicle and removed items. When video was reviewed, it showed a newer model black Cadillac passenger car circling the parking lot. The video showed a black male exit the passenger side of the car, enter the victims vehicle, and then leave.
