Parks Bureau Seeks Public’s Help in Identifying Aggravated Assault Associates

On Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., a male was battered by two male Hispanic adults at McNees Park, 11590 Hadley Street, Whittier.  The two males chased the Victim into a business located across the street from the park where they kicked and hit him in the head with an unknown hard object.  An employee at the business saw two female Hispanics (pictured) that were possibly associated with the suspects. 

The suspects are described as:

Suspect 1: Male; Hispanic; bald; 5’10”- 6’00”; skinny

Suspect 2: Male; Hispanic; bald; 5’02” – 5’04’”

The female Hispanics left the business in an older beige sports utility vehicle or van.  Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two female Hispanics in the pictures which will help them identify the suspects.  Anyone with information regarding the assault or the females in the pictures are urged to contact Detective Joseph Cerda at (213) 216-7675.
