July 19th

Stolen Motor Vehicle- 1300 Block of Navellier
A white 2014 VW Toureg in color was stolen from the 1300 block of Navellier St. between 1900 hours on the 18th and 1200 hours on the 19th.

Warrant Arrest – Cutting Blvd / Peerless Ave.
At 2038 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the two occupants; a 43 year old male from Antioch and a 42 year old female from Antioch were arrested for having several outstanding warrants for their arrests. The occupants were booked and cited.

Driving Under the Influence – San Pablo Ave / Fairmount Ave.
At 0143 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver, a 38 year old female from Richmond, for driving under the influence. The female was booked and then released to a sober friend.

July 20th
Warrant Arrest: Eastshore Blvd. and Potrero Ave.
At 2201 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver, a 40 year old female from Richmond, for an outstanding warrant. The Female was booked and then transported to county jail.

Warrant Arrest, DUI, False Information: San Pablo Ave. /Carlson Blvd.
At 2146 hours an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver, A 21 year old female from Richmond, for two outstanding warrants and DUI. The female provided the officer with a false name during the initial contact. The female was booked and transported to county jail.

July 21st

Auto Burglary- 1600 Block of Kearney St.
A resident reported that their vehicle was broken into and property was stolen between 1700 hours on the 20th and 0830 hours on the 21st.

Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
An Officer reported the arrest of 2 suspects found in possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop in the area of San Pablo Ave. and Hill St. One of the subjects was a 30 year old male from Pacifica and the other subject was a 32 year old transient. Both subjects were arrested and booked at the El Cerrito Police Department then released on citations

Shoplifting: CVS 670 El Cerrito Plaza
At 1859 hours, an officer reports the arrest of a 35 year old male after the male entered the business and stole alcohol. He was cited and released.

Shoplifting: CVS 670 El Cerrito Plaza
At 2024 hours, an officer reports the arrest of a 39 year old female who entered the business and stole alcohol. He was cited and released.

Warrant Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance: 900 block of Seaview Drive
At 2024 hours, ECPD officers were dispatched to a welfare check at a residence for a missing person who was reported missing to the Richmond Police Department. Officers arrived on scene, but could not locate the missing person. A 48 year old female from Richmond was at the residence and was found to be a wanted person. The female also was in possession of a controlled substance and subsequently booked and transported to country jail.

At 0007 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver, a 23 year old male from Richmond, for an outstanding warrant and for being in possession of a controlled substance and a smoking device.
