The 14 Freeway is closed in both directions from the 5 to Avenue N.
Mandatory evacuations:
Sierra Highway @ Shady Lane to Sierra Hwy at the 14.
Escondido at the 14 to Sierra Hwy at the 14.
Please cooperate with evacuation orders.
