WHAT TO DO
* Drink plenty of water
* Provide for cooling stations
* Locate air conditioned places to relax and cool down
* Do not over exert yourself.
* Call 9-1-1 if someone is in distress

SIGNS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION

* Nausea
* Cramping
* Headache
