Current SH5 & Stacy Road Delays 
There are currently delays at the intersection of State Highway 5 and Stacy road as utility crews are installing new overhead lines. Avoid the intersection if possible. Fairview and Allen Police Departments are currently directing traffic as utility crews lay wire across the roads; normal traffic should resume later this afternoon (Tuesday, July 19).
