Full Notification

Several teenagers were apprehended in the area Second St. and Madison St. who had been stealing items from parked vehicles. This is the neighborhood just west of downtown Brighton. At this time we are only aware of one vehicle that was broken into, but the subjects had property on them indicating that they had stolen from multiple vehicles. At this time we have no indication that vehicles were forced open or damaged, probably unlocked cars were involved. Please contact Brighton police at 810-227-2700 if you are aware of anything missing from your vehicle that was parked outside last night.
