UPDATE #LASD Homicide Detectives Assisting Bell Police Department with Shooting Death Investigation of a Man.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man that occurred on Thursday, July 7, 2016, at 3:15 a.m. Detectives have determined that the exact address to the location is the 4000 block of Randolph Street, Bell.
Homicide detectives have learned officers from Bell Police Department were dispatched to the residence in response to a “Gunshot” call. When they arrived they found a vehicle which had crashed into the locations detached garage. Inside the vehicle, a man sitting in the front seat was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
A witness stated an unknown man on a bicycle was seen leaving the location shortly after the shooting.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no further details of the shooting nor a description of the suspect and his bicycle.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to the 6200 Block of Riverside Avenue, Bell, to assist Bell Police Department investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
