06/25/16 WTPD arrested Lois Adams, age 60, of Washington, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 06/25/16 at approximately 12:09 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for careless driving. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Ms. Adams, arrest for (DWI). She had a BAC of .16%. Ms. Adams was charged with careless driving, delaying traffic, failure to produce a vehicle registration and (DWI). She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/26/16 WTPD arrested Luke Santini, age 31, of Phillipsburg, NJ and Ashley Cooke, age 32, of Washington, NJ. On 06/26/16 at approximately 2:36 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Church St. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Santini, had an outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Santini was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for a front view obstruction, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. Ms. Cooke, a passenger in the vehicle, was found to have a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. She was processed and released with a new court date.

06/26/16 WTPD arrested Jason Beebe, age 29, of Washington, NJ for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 06/26/16 at approximately 5:22 AM, patrol was responding to a report of a vehicle that had struck the Draught House, 268 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Beebe had rolled his vehicle into the side of the Draught House causing minor damage to the building. Mr. Beebe was processed and charged with careless driving and (DWI). He had a BAC of .14%. Mr. Beebe was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

06/28/16 WTPD arrested Angelina Bergamino, age 53, of Mt. Pocono, PA for a $190.00 outstanding warrant out of Fairfield Township. On 06/28/16 at approximately 1:41 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 in Oxford Township. At that time, the driver, Ms. Bergamino was found to have the outstanding warrant. She was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for obstructing traffic, driving with a suspended driver’s license and released with a new court date.

06/29/16 WTPD arrested Thomas Donaldson, age 22, of Bloomsbury, NJ for a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours. On 06/29/16 at approximately 9:47 PM, patrol conducted a property check of the Washington Borough Pool / Park in Washington Borough. At that time, the officer’s encountered Mr. Donaldson who was in the park. The officer charged Mr. Donaldson with a local ordinance of entering/remaining in the park after hours and released him with a court date.

06/30/16 WTPD arrested Cathy Hale, age 43, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $300.00 warrant out of Washington Township. On 06/30/16 at approximately 12:53 PM, patrol responded to the Hickory Hill Motel, 276 Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township, made contact with Ms. Hale and served the outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

07/02/16 WTPD arrested Brooke Hallowell, age 24, of Belvidere, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant. Ms. Hallowell was processed and released with a new court date.

07/02/16 WTPD arrested a 14 year old, of Washington, NJ, for disorderly conduct. On 07/02/16 at approximately 5:51 PM, patrol was dispatched to the 1St block of Carlton Ave in Washington Borough for the report of gun shots. Upon patrols’ arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that the juvenile had removed the orange tip from an air-soft gun and had a BB gun M82 6mm rifle and was pointing / shooting the weapons at pedestrians. The juvenile was processed and released to a guardian pending further court action within the juvenile justice system.

07/03/16 WTPD arrested Christopher Dunston, age 25, of Fayetteville, NC and Jeffrey Kantz, age 24, of Oxford, NJ. On 07/03/16 at approximately 2:02 AM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the 30 block of Academy St. in Oxford Township. Upon patrol’s arrival and subsequent investigation Mr. Dunston was charged with possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Dunston was processed and released with a court date. Mr. Kantz was charged with simple assault. Mr. Kantz was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

07/03/16 WTPD arrested Pawlo Kicak, age 40, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of law, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. On 07/03/16 at approximately 9:45 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 300 block of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Township to serve a court order. At this time, Mr. Kicak became disorderly and obstructed the officers. He was placed under arrest and resisted the officers. Mr. Kicak was taken into custody, processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.

07/04/16 WTPD arrested Brett Leeds, age 37, of Glen Gardner, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 07/04/16 at approximately 9:01 PM, bicycle officers observed Mr. Leeds urinating next to a vehicle in the 50 block of Carlton Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Leeds was processed at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.

07/04/16 WTPD arrested Brian Odell, age 27, of Stewartsville, NJ for a local ordinance of open container of an alcoholic beverage. On 07/04/16 at approximately 9:20 PM, bicycle officers observed Mr. Ordell consuming an alcoholic beverage at the July 4TH fireworks display at the Warren Hill Middle School 64 Carlton Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Ordell was processed at the scene and released with a mandatory court date.

07/04/16 WTPD arrested Jon Willard, age 43, of Palmer, PA and Jessica Goense, age 28, of Washington NJ, for being fugitives from justice. On 07/04/16 at approximately 9:25 PM, patrol was dispatched to the Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and investigation it was revealed that Mr. Willard was an NCIC wanted person out of California and Ms. Goense was an NCIC wanted person out of the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office. Both Mr. Willard and Ms. Goense were taken into custody without incident, processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
