Dylans Way shooting update. 
On June 28th, the El Cerrito Police Department, Vallejo Police Department and agents from the Contra Costa and Solano Counties FBI Safe Streets Taskforce arrested Orlando Cervantes for the shooting at a residence on Dylans Way Tuesday morning. The shooting was determined to have stemmed from a disagreement between the victim and Cervantes which occurred several weeks ago.
Cervantes, a 28 year-old Vallejo resident, was located and arrested in Vallejo. Investigators searched a motel room associated with Cervantes and located a firearm which was possibly used in the shooting. The victim remains in stable condition and Cervantes is currently being housed at the Martinez Detention Facility.
