June 10th

Grand Theft from Auto – 600 block of Seaview Dr:
At 1000 hours, officers responded to the report of a 35 year old white male adult, blonde hair, wearing a red shirt and brown shorts and a brown hat with floppy hat stealing items from an unlocked vehicle. The owner of the vehicle observed the theft and then chased after the suspect up to Midcrest Ave. Over $1600 in tools was stolen, however the suspect dropped them as he ran and the owner was able to recover them.

Warrant, Obstructing an Officer, Public Intoxication – S. 53rd St / School St:
At 2121 hours, an officer attempted a stop on a bicycle ridden by a 44 year old man from Richmond. The man refused to stop for the officer’s lights and commands to stop over the PA. Once stopped, he challenged the officer and then tried to ride off again. He displayed objective signs of intoxication and was arrested. A 28 year old female from Richmond decided to insert herself into the stop and was found to be wanted on a Berkeley warrant. She was also arrested. Both were booked at the ECPD and then released on citations.

Warrant – San Pablo Ave / Knott Ave:
At 0015 hours, an officer conducted at pedestrian stop and arrested a 46 year old transient male on a Contra Costa warrant. He was booked at the ECPD and then cited.

June 11th

Warrant – Plumas Ave / Carlson Blvd:
At 2044 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 32 year old female from El Sobrante on a no bail Contra Costa County warrant. She was booked at the El Cerrito Police Department and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Warrant – Cutting Blvd / I-80:
At 2354 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 22 year old man from San Francisco on a no bail Contra Costa County warrant. He was booked at the El Cerrito Police Department and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Auto Burglary – 700 Block Kearney St:
Sometime between 1400 hours and midnight, an unidentified suspect broke the rear window of the victim’s vehicle and stole the stereo and other items.

Warrant (X3) – San Pablo Ave / Moeser Lane:
At 0208 hours, an officer contacted a 28 year old female from San Francisco. She was wanted on two Contra Costa County warrants and one San Francisco County warrant. She was booked at the El Cerrito Police Department and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Possess Marijuana for Sales, Transportation – San Pablo Ave / Fairmount Ave:
At 0231 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a 35 year old man from Patterson. The man, a convicted felon, and currently on probation for transportation of marijuana was found to be in possession on pepper spray, a large amount of marijuana and other items indicative of drug sales. He was booked at the El Cerrito Policed Department and then transported to Martinez Detention Facility.

June 12th

Warrant – BART path at Portola Dr:
At 1352 hours, an officer arrested a 24 year old female from Vallejo on a No Bail Warrant out of Napa County. She was booked at the ECPD and then transported to county jail.

Possess Controlled Substance – Fairmount Ave / San Pablo Ave:
At 2304 hours, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop and arrested a 38 year old female for possession of methamphetamines. She was booked at the ECPD and cite released.
