I-70 paving to close eastbound ramps at State Road 1 Exit 137 tonight 
Milestone Contractors plans to close tonight the right lane of eastbound I-70, the eastbound I-70 Exit 137 ramp to State Road 1, and the State Road 1 entrance ramp to eastbound I-70 as paving continues on 8 miles of I-70 in western Wayne County.
The closures will begin after 9 p.m. and are expected to open before 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21.
Message signs on eastbound I-70 will be used to alert motorists of the Exit 137 ramp closure.
Recurring lane closures should be expected on eastbound I-70 for paving between State Road 1 (Exit 137) and Centerville Road (Exit 145) each weeknight and through the weekends.
Milestone has a similar construction project on I-70 between U.S. 27 Exit 151 and the Ohio state line. Drivers will see recurring overnight and weekend lane closures and should consider alternate routes, such as U.S. 40, during working hours to avoid construction, backups and delays.
