The St. John Police Department received a report yesterday about a suspicious vehicle that has been seen in the area of Patnoe Park (W 105th St & Patnoe Dr) on four occasions in recent days. The report was from a resident that lives in the area. The report is that an older model full size white van with no windows in the back driving through the area of Patnoe Park on June 14th at 3 PM and 4 PM. It was also seen on June 15th at 11 AM and on June 17th at 12 PM. No criminal activity has been observed but the complainant felt the driver was acting suspiciously and was in the area of children that were playing in the park. The driver is described as a male white in his late 30s or early 40s with brown hair. The vehicle may be a panel van and it reportedly has some rust on it. If anyone sees a similar vehicle and driver, please call 911 so an officer can investigate. If a license plate can be obtained safely that would also help.
