He is wanted on suspicion of stealing $90,000 from the bank account of a Los Angeles man. He used a fake ID and documents to get a debit card. The debit card was then used to withdraw cash at Chase Bank branches in Carlsbad, Del Mar, San Marcos and Vista.
He is also suspected in similar crimes in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
