NWS confirms EF0 tornado touchdown outside of Richmond/Webster on 6-4-16
The National Weather Service, Wilmington Ohio has confirmed that an EF0 (zero) tornado did touchdown outside of Richmond/ Webster on Saturday evening, June 4, 2016.
Wayne County EMA, Indiana Department of Homeland Security, and National Weather Service representatives surveyed the damaged area earlier today with the cooperation of area residents.
Thankfully no injuries or fatalities were reported with this event.
