On Saturday, June 4, 2016, Century Station will be hosting their second annual “Community Open House.”  The event will take place at Century Station between 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.

They are inviting members of the communities to visit Century Sheriff’s Station and giving them an up-close look at the different programs offered by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.  It is estimated that over 4,000 people will attend the Open House.

The Sheriff’s Department’s Special Enforcement Bureau, K-9, Aero Bureau, and Bomb Squad, as well as CHP, and The Los Angeles County Fire Department will be present.

This is a family event with entertainment. Free hot dogs, drinks, face painting, popcorn, cotton candy, and music will be provided by the radio station, Wave 94.7.

Vendor booths featuring LASD recruitment, United States Navy, and United States Army.
