Loma Linda - suspect arrested for sales of methamphetamine

INCIDENT: Sales of Methamphetamine
LOCATION: Redlands Blvd and Rhonda st, city of Loma Linda
SUSPECT(S): Michael Stone, age 48 of San Bernardino
SUMMARY: On Thursday, May 26, 2016, at approximately 12:53 a.m., Central Station Deputy Henry Reyes was assigned to the contract city of Loma Linda. Deputy Reyes conducted s vehicle check at Rhonda St and Redlands Blvd in the city of Loma Linda. Michael Stone was contacted in a field near a van. Stone had an outstanding narcotics warrant for his arrest. While speaking with Stone, the deputy located approximately an ounce of suspected methamphetamine partially buried in the dirt at Stone's feet. A search of Stone's vehicle resulted in 6-syringes, $700 in US currency and 2 scales were located. Stone and was arrested for possession for sale of methamphetamine.
