A watermain break occurred in the area of Penfield and Birch. Affected areas are Catalpa to Dixie Highway; 500 block of Penfield and Birch Street. Expect road closures at Penfield and Birch, take alternate routes. This is the 3rd break on Penfield with the last 24 hours and crews will be working to repair.
