Congratulations CVPD Explorers Award Winners! 
The Chula Vista Police Explorers competed in the Escondido PD 3rd annual Cadet/Explorer competition this past weekend. Our team of Explorers went up against teams from other agencies in the county in scenarios such as DUI Stops/Field Sobriety, High Risk Stops, Building Searches, Domestic Violence, and Suicidal Subjects.
Our team won 1st place in the Domestic Violence scenario! The team took second place over all, meaning they did a great job on all the scenarios.
