Suspect(s): Charlee Langley-Rader, female, 26 years old, Petaluma resident.

Summary:

On the listed date and time the Petaluma Police Department received a call on Holly Lane of a SUV that struck the residents fence and fled the scene. Officers were responding to the area when they came across the SUV which had rolled over after striking a parked vehicle on Madison Street at Payran Street. The driver/solo occupant Charlee Langley-Rader was still in the vehicle and had minor injuries.

While speaking to Langley-Rader about the accidents the officer could smell an odor of alcohol coming from Langley-Rader. Langley-Rader was transported to Petaluma Valley Hospital for treatment of her injuries. At PVH Langley-Rader performed a Preliminary Alcohol Screening Test that showed her blood alcohol level to be a .19. Langley-Rader was arrested for DUI and Fleeing the scene of an accident. Langley-Rader was later transported to Sonoma County Jail and booked in on the above charges.

Langley-Rader was arrested yesterday, May 23, 2016 at 10am for public intoxication by Petaluma Police (PPD 16-2687). Langley-Rader was released from Sonoma County Jail after posting bail at 9pm on May 23, 2016.
