Press Release: Drug Investigation – Search Warrant

DATE/TIME: 05/20/16 at approximately 1:00pm

LOCATION: A Bowne Road Residence

OFFICERS INVOLVED: Detective Sergeant’s Thomas Burke and Gregory Tongring. Detective’s Bryan Morgan, Mike Legg, Jeff Malone, Mike Melody, Jesse Orbach and Raheem Carter and Police Officer Casey Larrison along with Police Officer Anthony Carafa of the Borough of Allenhurst with K-9 Bia

ACCUSED: Theodore Feindt IV, age 19 of Ocean, NJ

NARRATIVE:
On 5/20/16 at approximately 1:00 pm, members of the Township of Ocean Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Bowne Road. The search warrant was an ongoing investigation by members of the Township of Ocean Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau. During the execution of that search warrant detectives located various types of drugs, drug paraphernalia, a weapon and fireworks. Theodore Feindt, an occupant of the home was taken into custody subsequent to the execution of the search warrant and transported to police headquarters for further processing.

Mr. Feindt was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (a bottle of Promethazine Codeine and cocaine) possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon, possession of fireworks, possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone. He was later released on a criminal complaint summons and will appear at a future court hearing.
