04/30/16 WTPD arrested David Ciaburri, age 29, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of disorderly conduct. On 04/30/16 at approximately 8:02 PM, officers were dispatched to Shippen Ridge in Oxford Township for an erratic driver. The officer’s arrival, the vehicle was located and the investigation resulted in Mr. Ciaburri being charged with careless driving and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/03/16 WTPD arrested Matthew Weston, age 49, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 05/03/156 at approximately 10:48 AM, patrol observed a Warren County Wanted Person walking on Jonestown Rd. in Washington Township. The officer made contact with Mr. Weston, confirmed the active warrant and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Weston was processed and released to the custody of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

05/03/16 WTPD arrested William Epperly, age 58, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Pohatcong Township. On 05/03/16 at approximately 4:22 PM, patrol responded to the 30 block of New Bold Ct. in Washington Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that one person involved, Mr. Epperly had an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released with a new court date.

05/05/16 WTPD arrested Marissa Quarno, age 25, of Washington NJ, for assault and disorderly conduct. On 05/05/16 at approximately 8:54 AM, patrol responded to the Westgate Apartments in Washington Borough with the Warren County Court Officer to serve Ms. Quarno with an eviction order. Upon patrols arrival, contact was made with Ms. Quarno, who became violent and assaulted the court officer. Ms. Quarno was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

05/06/16 WTPD arrested Haley Ramirez, age 29, of Washington NJ, for obstruction of the administration of law, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 05/06/16 at approximately 7:53 AM, patrol responded to a dispute in the first block of Hahn St. in Washington Borough. Upon patrols arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Ramirez was placed under arrest. Ms. Ramirez resisted arrest and attempted to pull away from the officer’s. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/06/16 WTPD arrested Charles Kiernan Jr., age 21, of Hackettstown, NJ and a 15 year old, of Washington, NJ. On 05/06/16 at approximately 9:17 PM, patrol was dispatched to a noise complaint in the 70 block of Grand Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Kiernan was arrested and charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Bethlehem Township, NJ. Mr. Kiernan was processed and released with a mandatory court date. The juvenile, who was entered into NCIC as a runaway, also offered false information to police. The juvenile was processed and released to the NJSP to be returned home. The juvenile faces court action within the juvenile justice system for hindering apprehension.

05/08/16 WTPD arrested Philip Ike Jr., age 27, of Phillipsburg, NJ and Michael Davinci, age 30, of Oxford, NJ. On 05/06/16 at approximately 8:24 AM, patrol was conducting a property check of a closed business on 149 Rte. 31 N. in Oxford Township and located a suspicious vehicle. The officer’s investigation resulted in two of the vehicle’s occupants having outstanding warrants. Mr. Davinci had an outstanding $303.00 warrant out of Hackettstown, NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date. Mr. Ike had outstanding warrants totaling $1550.00 out of Greenwich and Franklin Townships. He was processed and released to the custody of the Greenwich Township P.D.

05/09/16 WTPD arrested Dale Zairo Jr., of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of law enforcement, resisting arrest, possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 05/09/16 at approximately 3:49 PM, patrol was dispatched to a dispute in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Zairo being charged with obstruction of the administration of law enforcement, resisting arrest, and possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Zairo was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

05/09/16 WTPD arrested Elias Perez-Miguel, age 29, of Hackettstown, NJ for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Raritan Township. On 05/09/16 at approximately 10:11 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte.57 E. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Perez-Miguel, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Perez-Miguel was processed and released with a new court date.

05/10/16 WTPD arrested Travis Allworthy, age 25, of Washington, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding out of Union Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

05/11/16 WTPD arrested Steven Polgar, age 50, of Washington, NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and for an outstanding $250.00 warrant out of Hackettstown. On 05/11/16 at approximately 12:35 PM, patrol observed Mr. Polgar, who was known to have outstanding warrants, exiting a vehicle on Allegar St. in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Polgar, confirmed the active warrant and took him into custody without incident. A search of Mr. Polgar incident to his arrest revealed that he was in possession of CDS (marijuana) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

05/11/16 WTPD arrested Aldo Castro, age 27, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1000.00 out of New Brunswick and Middlesex Borough. On 05/11/16 at approximately 4:47 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop for an equipment violation on N. Prospect St. in Washington Borough. A records check revealed that a passenger, Mr. Castro, had outstanding warrants. He was processed and released with a new court date after posting bail. .
