Scotland – (Greene County) Just after 8 o’clock last night, Trooper Caleb Garvin conducted a traffic stop on a Land Rover vehicle traveling northbound on US 231 from State Road 58. Upon making contact with the driver, Trooper Garvin immediately detected the odor of raw marijuana emitting from the vehicle.
Approximately 70 grams of marijuana, a loaded handgun, and just over $3600 in US Currency were subsequently found in the Land Rover

Stephanie Graves, 31, of Bloomfield
1) Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony
2) Dealing Marijuana over 30 grams, A Misdemeanor
3) Possession of Marijuana, B Misdemeanor
Paki Millington, 42, of Bloomington
1) Dealing Marijuana over 30 grams (prior drug conviction), Level 6 Felony
2) Possession of Marijuana over 30 grams (prior drug conviction), Level 6 Felony
Trooper Garvin was assisted by Trooper Nicholas Bartalone, Sergeant Doug Hutchinson, Trooper Richard Klun and ISP K9 “Loki”.
