Full Notification

The contractors have been working on the shoulders on Stacy Road and the medians at Stacy and SH-5 in order to prepare for a traffic switch today. Traffic will be shifted to the southern half of the existing asphalt pavement, using the shoulder and southern lanes for two-way traffic, allowing work to begin on the north side. Temporary driveways to businesses and residences will be maintained until the concrete directly in front of them is poured. This will be the first major traffic switch for the roadway and it will remain this way for several months.
