#029 Brandishing a Knife
Officers responded to Third Street park in Niles regarding a male suspect who battered a female at the park and then brandished a knife. The 57 year old was detained on Niles Blvd and went to jail for brandishing a knife. Case investigated by Officer Stillitano and supervised by Sgt. Tarango.
#030 Grand Theft
A victim called to report several thousand dollars was stolen out of her room and believed she knew who the suspect might be. Officer Haugh is investigating.
#035 Mental Health Hold
Multiple officers responded to an address on Hackberry St. regarding a male who was telling family he wanted to harm himself. Family stated the male was acting irrationally and had been drinking all day. The male was contacted and placed on a mental health hold without incident.
#040 Theft
Four females in their early 20’s entered Ulta in Pacific Commons and stole approximately $2,500 worth of perfume. They were last seen leaving the lot in a champagne colored Toyota sedan. Our response was delayed due to the employees calling Pacific Common Security before contacting FPD.
#002 Possession of Methamphetamine
Officer Hernandez contacted and adult male who was on active probation with a search clause in the area of the Delaware 7-eleven. The male was searched pursuant to his search clause and officers located 6.5 Grams of methamphetamine. The man was arrested.

#024 Warrant Arrest
Officer Roberts contacted a 20 year old adult at the Centerville train station and arrested him for multiple warrants.

#027 Mental Health Evaluation
Officer Cavaz and FTO Richards responded to a call regarding a male acting aggressively towards others. The male was located and placed on a mental evaluation hold.
Missing Person: At 2:10 p.m., FPD was notified by family members that their 87 year old grandmother had not been seen since 12:30 p.m. The grandmother was last seen walking in the area of Durham Elementary School where the family was picking up their school aged children. Nixle and Code Red alerts were initiated and an extensive area search was conducted. At 7:33 p.m., the grandmother was located 2.8 miles away at Mayfair Park after she asked citizens for help. Special thanks to Alameda County Sheriff who responded with their search and rescue team, Fremont Police Volunteers and our community for assisting us. Scene supervised by Sgt. Lambert.
#036 Coroner’s Case - Outside Assist
An employer contacted FPD after their employee didn’t show up to work. FPD officers arrived and obtained a key from facility maintenance and located the male deceased inside. Alameda County Coroner responded to the scene to investigate. Officer Crow and FTO Zargham documented the case.
#041 Commercial Burglary
Officer Burch documented another public storage burglary to two storage units on Albrae Street.
