INCIDENT: Residential Mail Theft
LOCATION: 13000 block of Finch Rd., Victorville
SUSPECT: White Female Adult, late 20-30 years old, 120 lbs, light brown hair
SUMMARY:
On May 15, 2016 at 4:25 p.m., the above suspect parked a white, newer four-door sedan in front of the victim's residence and walked to the front door, where several packages had been delivered. The suspect picked up the packages, placed them into her vehicle and fled the scene. The incident was captured on home video and the Victorville Police is asking the public for help in identifying the suspect.
The public is reminded if you are having packages delivered to your residence, ask a neighbor to watch out for the delivery and keep it safe. The public is also reminded if you see something or someone out of the ordinary in your neighborhhood, say something.
Your first line of defense in home safety is to get to know your neighbors; form neighborhood watch programs and if you see something, say something. A large percentage of home burglaries and thefts occur during the day when many people are at work.
