Roy Sebastian days of running and hiding from Sheriff Victor Hill's elite Fugitive Squad came to an end today.
The Fugitive Squad search a complex for a vehicle that Sebastian was driving and when they located it, they checked the residence the vehicle was in front of and located Sebastian. Sebastian was taken into custody without incident.
Roy Anderson Sebastian was wanted out of Clayton County for Aggravated Assault, Assault on an Unborn Child, Terroristic Threats-Acts, Battery and Criminal Trespass.

Sebastian make an assault upon an unborn child by grabbing the pregnant victim’s stomach, who was 5 weeks pregnant at the time, and threatened to kill the unborn child. He further assaulted the victim by attempting to strangle her by placing his hand over her mouth and squeezing to interrupt the airflow, causing her to be unable to breathe. He also grabbed the pregnant victim and placed his hands around her neck, resulting in visible scratches and bruises to the right side of her cheek and areas on both sides of her neck. The incident for these charges occurred on April 22, 2016 in Hampton, Ga.

Sebastian now faces the wall at Georgia's toughest para-military jail.
