Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner’s Office is releasing the name of the person who was found dead along a dirt road, near Geyserville off Highway 101, in the unincorporated area of Sonoma County on the morning of May 11, 2016.
The deceased is identified as Keith Cameron Green, a 27 year old man from San Mateo. His family was located and informed of his death.
Keith Green had been reported as a Missing Person from Millbrae in late April. Detectives from San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding that incident.
The Sonoma County Coroner’s Office engaged a forensic pathologist to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death. The results of that report are not available. Because there is an open and on-going investigation, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office is not releasing any other information as doing so could interfere with the integrity of the outside agency’s case.
