USFS Controlled Burn in Leech Lake Twp. 
The U.S. Forest Service is doing a controlled burn of about 400 acres on May 17th-18th in the area of E. Oak Point Rd NW, Leech Lake Twp, Section 24 area. There will be lingering smoke in the Walker/Onigum area through May 19-20th. USFS will be on scene during the controlled burn.
