#025 Warrant Arrest
Officer Nordseth was conducting a follow up when he saw a 46 year old adult male in the area of Driscoll/Paseo Padre who had an active felony warrant. The male was arrested without incident.
#029 Warrant Arrest
Officer Kerner and FTO Stillitano stopped a 29 year old adult female on the 700 block of Mowry Ave. and arrested her for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.
#021 Public Storage Commercial Burglaries
CSO Ernst investigated another round of commercial burglaries at the Public Storage on the 47200 block of Warm Springs Blvd.
#022 Mental Health Evaluation
A female called FPD stating she was scared because people were out to get her and then began talking about wanting to harm herself. Officers located the caller in the area of Temple Way and Utah Way and placed her on a mental health evaluation hold.
#024 Chain Snatch Robbery
At approximately 2:55 p.m., a victim was walking westbound on Mission View Dr. when unknown suspects approached her and ripped a gold chain from her neck. The suspects ran onto Michelle and may have left the area in a silver vehicle. Suspect: Black male adult, dark complexion, approximately 6'0" tall with a thin build, weighing 160 pounds. The male was last seen wearing a baseball cap, green jacket with a hood and blue jeans. Suspect Vehicle: Silver 4-door Mazda 323 with damage to the rear passenger side quarter panel.
#030 Mental Health Evaluation
Officers responded to the area of Fremont/Eggers regarding a female who was walking in and out of traffic. The female was eventually located and placed on a mental health evaluation hold.
#033 Road Rage/Warrant Service
Dispatch received a call reporting a male driver weaving between lanes and slamming on his brakes, apparently engaging in road rage type activity. The 50 year old adult male driver, who also happened to have a warrant, was met at his home on Reed Ct. where he was arrested. Possession for Sales Officer Crow and FTO Harvey were driving near Washington/Driscoll when they located a 56 year old adult male who they knew to have misdemeanor warrants. As they attempted to contact the male, he fled on foot, running down the steep hill towards the new BART tracks. As he ran, he discarded over 85 grams of methamphetamine. #037 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Officer Hernandez conducted a traffic stop on an adult male who was in possession of a glass pipe. The male is arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
#002 Possession of Stolen Property Arrest
Officer Scherer conducted a pedestrian stop at Charter Square and contacts a male and female. The male is found to be in possession of a stolen bike and has an active warrant. The female is also arrested.
#001 DUI Arrest
A reporting party called to report a possible DUI driver leaving the area of Paseo Padre and Walnut. Officer Kerner and FTO Stillitano spot the vehicle as it enters north bound I880 and conduct a traffic stop. Officer Gregory investigates and arrests the adult male driver for DUI.

#013 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
Officer Navas stopped a 45 year old adult male driving in Niles. The male was arrested for possession of methamphetamine after a subsequent search of his residence.
#014 Warrant Arrest
Officer Catassi stopped a 28 year old adult male at Centerville Park and arrested him for several outstanding warrants.
#045 Suspicious Circumstances/Possible Chain Snatch Robbery
A witness to a possible robbery that occurred earlier in the day at the Ardenwood Forest Apartments was contacted after PD staff read about the incident on the Ardenwood email group. The victim is unknown at this point, but the witness said they saw a female with white hair, approximately 55 - 60 years old who appeared to have been knocked to the ground. The witness saw a black male approximately 20 to 30 years old wearing a white hoodie and black pants running away from the female. The black male ran southbound on Deep Creek Rd. The unknown female entered the apartment complex and was not located.
There were four cases where officers placed mental health detentions on suicidal subjects during the swing shift.
#046 Residential Burglary
Officers investigated a residential burglary that occurred in the 40000 block of Laguna Place. Unknown suspects made entry to the resident via an unlocked door.

#010 Warrant Arrest
Officer Navas conducted a car stop on I880/Fremont Blvd and arrested a 37 year old adult male for an outstanding warrant.
#019 Gold Chain Snatch Robbery
Family members were out for a walk near Frederick Rd/Deep Creek Rd when two suspects approached the female and ripped the gold chain from her neck. They then tried to get her earrings, but she screamed and they took off running. Suspect#1 – black male adult, 25yrs, 6’02”, last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie and black pants. Suspect #2 – black male adult, 25yrs, 6’00.” It's unknown if the incidents over the weekend are related. It has been since February that the City had a chain snatch robbery. Please take appropriate precautions and share the information with friends, neighbors and family.

#038 Suspicious Circumstances
A reporting party called police after he was approached by a male at Olive and Starr and said he had been robbed at the Ellsworth 7-11 a short time earlier. The victim also stated his girlfriend’s Mercedes had been stolen by the same suspects. Once officers arrive, the victim is less than cooperative and it is unclear exactly what had occurred. A suspicious circumstance report was taken for documentation.
#001 Armed Robbery
Officers responded to an armed robbery at the Adult Book Store on Grimmer Blvd. The suspect is described as a white male adult or Hispanic male adult, 5’08” – 5’10”, skinny build wearing a dark baseball hat, black “frizzy” wig, a dark puffy jacket and blue jeans. The suspect entered the store, brandished a handgun, demanded money and told the clerk to get on the ground. The suspect fled northbound on Grimmer Blvd. and then northbound Fremont Blvd on a bicycle (through the alley). Officers Allsup and Wong worked on obtaining video while CSI Chan tech'd the scene and the case is being investigated.

#017 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
Officer Catassi arrested a year adult male for possession of methamphetamine during a pedestrian stop on Peralta near Parish Circle.
#013 Found Bike – Related to the Armed Robbery Saturday night
CSO Oliveira was dispatched to a found bike and a paper bag of cash on Fremont Blvd near Eugene St. Initially the report was taken as found property, but it was later discovered that it was the loss from the armed robbery at the adult book store the previous night. CSI Dexter advised.
#015 and 016 Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession for Sales Arrests
Officers were dispatched to a homeless encampment on the 41800 block of Osgood Rd. Officer Rose contacts a 32 year old adult male and arrests him for possession of methamphetamine. Officer Ramsey contacts another male who has several grams of methamphetamine in his pocket as well as separate baggies, scale and money. He went to jail for possession for sales.
#001 Possession of Narcotics
Officer DeStafno and FTO Perry stopped an adult male who was on probationer on Central Ave. He was in possession of narcotics and went to jail.
