Deputies arrest two women for possession of burglary tools and drug paraphernalia

SUMMARY:
On Thursday, May 12, 2016, at approximately 7:49 p.m., a deputy from the Chino Hills Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a black Dodge Durango for several California Vehicle Code violations. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as Lara Adams and Debra Jauregui. During the traffic stop, Adams was found to have an active warrant for her arrest. Inside the vehicle, deputies located several pieces of stolen mail, stolen credit cards, and personal information not belonging to Adams or Jauregui. Burglary tools and drug paraphernalia were also located. It was suspected Adams and Jauregui were in the city of Chino Hills to commit thefts.
