NB PCH temporary lane closures west of Mulholland Tues, May 17, approx 12:00 to 12:45 PM. Expect 15-30 min delays. 
Caltrans issued permits to the Amgen Tour of California bicycle event for temporary lane closures on northbound Pacific Coast Highway (PCH/SR-1) in western Malibu on Tuesday, May 17. Riders traveling down Mulholland Hwy will turn right (north) onto PCH between approximately 12:00 to 12:45 PM as they continue through the city limits toward Santa Barbara.
Motorists are advised to expect 15 to 30 minute traffic delays. California Highway Patrol (CHP) will provide traffic control.
