Missing Person Found Safe

A missing person at risk with Alzheimer's who was reported missing in unincorporated El Cajon was found safe inside a car in Lakeside.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE

If you live in unincorporated El Cajon, be aware of increased law enforcement activity in your area. Sheriff’s Search and Rescue and deputies from the Santee Sheriff's Station are looking for a missing person at risk.

Be on the lookout for 69-year-old Grethel Bridget Sacks who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. She was last seen around 3:00 p.m. at her home in the 1000 block of Anza Street in unincorporated El Cajon.

Her friends call her Gretha and will likely respond to that nickname.

Gretha stands about 5’3” tall, weighs 120 pounds, has gray hair (shoulder length) and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, leopard print shirt and gray pants. Gretha was also carrying a black purse.
