On April 28th, 2016, at 10:20pm, GBPD officers responded to the area of Heather/Edgewood for a report of gunshots. (16-204891)Through a complex investigation, we have referred various charges to the Brown Co District Attorney’s office on 9 adults, and one juvenile. Charges range from 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, armed robbery, possession of marijuana, and obstructing. The adults are:

Khaleb W Thompson, 17 (In custody)
Donovan M Metoxen, 19 (In custody)
Terrance D Metoxen, 19 (referred)
Jose G Mendieta, 19 (In custody)
JoeAdam Peralez, 19 (In custody)
Jessica Peralez, 39 (In custody)
Wilson A Feliciano-Estrada, 32 (In Custody)
Enedino A “Arthur” Grijalva, 31 (STILL WANTED)

It was determined that two different vehicles had started shooting at each other. This disturbance was related to an earlier armed robbery which was the result of a failed illegal drug sale.

One vehicle was driven by the mother (Jessica) was with her young adult son (Joe) inside the car as this crime was committed. This shooting caused damage to four nearby homes, with bullets traveling through walls, striking a box spring mattress while someone was lying in bed. None of the homes struck by gunfire were related to those charged.

Through the course of this investigation, it was also determined that this shooting proceeded an armed robbery that occurred in the parking lot of Planet Fitness on April 28th, 2016, at approximately 9:30p. In that incident (16-205155), a gun was fired into a vehicle and marijuana was stolen. Charges have been referred to the Brown Co District Attorney’s office on various charges of Armed Robbery, 1st degree recklessly endangering safety and obstructing an officer. Involved were:
Dominick D Young (In Custody) and Khaleb W Thompson (In Custody).
Amazingly, no one was injured in any of the gunfire at either event.

As part of both investigations, a sexual assault case was opened which led to the arrest of JoeAdam Peralez for 2nd degree sexual assault of a 15 yr old female. JoeAdam’s mother, Jessica Peralez was also arrested in this case for Intimidate of a victim.

Many thanks to the various Crime stopper tips that were received reference this investigation. This, in conjunction with various witness accounts and determination for a safe community by citizens and employees of the Green Bay Police Department, helped solve this case.
