Stolen Car Recovered and Two People Arrested in Altadena

Early Sunday morning at 4:00am an Altadena deputy on patrol saw a stolen white Chevy Suburban at New York Dr. and Sierra Madre Blvd. After a traffic stop was made, two male Hispanic juveniles and one female Hispanic juvenile were found inside the Suburban. The driver was arrested for unlawfully taking of a vehicle and the other male had and arrest warrant for the unlawful taking of a vehicle. The female passenger was detained, and discovered to be a missing person from the city of El Monte. The female was returned safe to her family. The 1996 White Chevy Suburban was also stolen from El Monte.

Great work by the early morning crew of Altadena Sheriff's Station, we also hope the kids learned the lesson that sooner or later you will get caught.
