Dependent on the weather and labor availability, the Stacy Road underpass is currently anticipated to be closed under U.S. 75 on Monday, May 9 from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Signage originally reflected TxDOT also anticipating closing the underpass on May 10-11, but plans have changed and under U.S. 75 should now be open on May 10-11, if there are no unforeseen events.

Currently TxDOT is planning to close the southbound U.S. 75 frontage road on Tuesday, May 10 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Allen Commerce Parkway to Stacy Road. During this time, southbound U.S. 75 frontage road traffic will be detoured from the frontage road to Allen Commerce Parkway to Chelsea Boulevard.

Additionally the southbound frontage road from SH-121 to Allen Commerce Parkway will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 10 and 11, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

The Stacy Road U.S. 75 underpass will be shut down for two nights during the week of May 16, in order to pave the northbound side of the Stacy Road Overpass; the exact dates of this closure are still to be determined. The southbound entrance ramp at Stacy Road and the U-turn lanes under US-75 at Stacy Road are currently slated to open when bridgework is completed in 6 to 8 weeks.
