(Etowah County, Alabama) An Attalla man has been arrested in connection to intimidating a witness, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Gary Ray Turner, 58, of Attalla, is charged with one count of intimidating a witness, which is a felony,” investigator Adam Chapman said.

Turner allegedly went to a residence and threatened a victim about a current case in which he is the suspect.

Turner was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and is being held on $2,500 bond.
