Deputies are asking the public for help finding a man who ran from an undercover sting operation yesterday.
Arthur Smith (photo attached) is white male, age 36, 5’10”, 220 lbs. Wanted for first degree possession of stolen property and first degree trafficking stolen property. Related to the manhunt yesterday near Orchard Drive and Stratford Road.
