A Happy Mother's Day Safety Message From Sheriff Victor Hill. 
The Sheriff's office motto is "We Defend Those Who Cannot Defend Themselves". This motto especially applies to the Mothers in our community. We have a duty to defend and protect our Mothers, and the Sheriff's Office will not hesitate to act in their defense.
If you know of any Mother who may be a victim of neglect or abuse, do not hesitate to call us at 770-477-4479.
I also want to take this opportunity to personally thank all of the wonderful Mothers in our community who have treated me as a son. The dinners, cakes, banana pudding, and sweet potatoes pies sent or delivered to my office as well as the hugs and prayers are not just appreciated by me, but by my maternal Mother and Grandmother as well. May God continue to bless each and every one of you, and know that I will always protect and defend you from harm.
