Today, Friday May 6th 2016, at 11:00am Chief Smith, officers, crime prevention specialists, the city attorney’s neighborhood prosecutor, and other members of the Green Bay Police Department will be walking in the neighborhoods making contact with residents and local business owners to listen to their concerns, answer questions, inform them about recent events, and to help form working partnerships to enhance the quality of life here in Green Bay.

This is follow up to our efforts on April 14, 2016. “We want the residents of the community to know we are constantly working to improve the quality of life in the city. In addition, we want to learn their concerns, and address any unforeseen problems. We encourage everyone to come out and walk with us.” says Chief Andrew Smith.

Officers will be walking in or near the following locations
• Joannes Park,
• Navarino and Astor park neighborhoods
• Howard St, Badger St and Western Ave
