Marietta man charged with Elder Exploitation 
Yesterday, the Marietta Police Department executed a no-knock search warrant at 352 Avery Street in search for James Menefee who was reportedly exploiting a 72 year old disabled man. Menefee was located within the residence and was subsequently arrested and charged with Elder Exploitation.
