One sent to hospital in I-69 Crash
Delaware County- On May 4, 2016 around 12:45 p.m., Troopers responded to the area of I-69 southbound around the 245 mile marker for a one vehicle crash. When they arrived they found a 2009 Honda Civic facing sideways in the median of I-69.
Preliminary investigation indicates the 2009 Honda Civic, driven by Craig Schroeder, age 62 of Muncie, IN, went off the left side of the interstate, striking the cable barriers before coming to a complete stop.
Craig Schroeder was transported to IU Health's Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN with non life threatening injuries.
The Indiana State Police were assisted at the scene by Delaware County EMS, the Delaware County Sheriff's Department and Harrison Township Fire.
