Public Safety Hockey Game on May 7, Indy Fuel Tank in Fishers, to Benefit Families of Deputy Koontz and Sgt. Buckley

On Saturday, May 7th, at 6:30PM, the Indy Badgers Public Safety Hockey Team will play host to the Fort Wayne Freeze Police Hockey Team, raising money for the families of fallen Howard County Sheriff's Deputy Carl Koontz and injured Howard County Sheriff's Sergeant Jordan Buckley. The game will take place at the Indy Fuel Tank formerly known as the Fishers Forum. The Indy Fuel Tank is located at 9022 E. 126th St. in Fishers.

Admission is $5 and additional donations are welcomed and appreciated! All proceeds go to benefit the families as the Fuel Tank is donating ice time, and the players and referees are there without pay. Several local businesses have also contributed items for a silent auction and raffle. If you have something you would like to donate please contact [email protected].

Come watch the Badgers, including Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Scott Goff, Zach Dodd, and Nate Biddle, and the Freeze while honoring two courageous heroes from right here in Central Indiana!
