On Saturday April 30th a minor female and her aunt came to the Morgan Hill Police Department to report she was molested at a hotel located on the 16000 block of Monterey Rd. During the investigation the minor victim identified the suspect and was able to provide information which eventually led to his arrest. The male suspect was identified as Fortino Ayala 23 out of Gilroy. Suspect Ayala was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a minor. The Morgan Hill Police Department is asking anyone who may have been a victim of Suspect Ayala or who may have information pertaining to the case to call Detective Pevehouse at 669-253-4914.
