Weekend "Operation Spring Clean" Nets 21 Arrested To Combat Human Trafficking. Sheriff Victor Hill 
"Operation Spring Clean" which involved the Clayton County Police Department, The Clayton County Fire Department, and The Clayton County Sheriff's Office took place this weekend targeting pimping, prostitution and pandering.
Also on hand during this operation was representatives from "City of Refuge" which is a non profit organization design to help rescue women from a life of prostitution.
The operation was a huge success resulting in 21suspects being arrested. Two teenage sisters were recued from sexual servitude and are now getting the assistance they need to escape from this form of lifestyle.
Edward Lee Brown Jr. who was responsible for pimping these two young teenagers was arrested in this sting operation. Brown was in possession of a stolen firearm at the time of his arrest. Brown now faces the wall in Georgia's toughest para-military jail and has been advised not to come back to Clayton County if he should ever be release.
