(Etowah County, Alabama) A Walnut Grove man has been arrested in connection to stolen property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Joseph Edward Dailey, 43, of Walnut Grove, is charged with one count of third degree theft of property, which is a felony,” Lieutenant Robin Grant said.

Dailey allegedly stole and pawned a Husqvarna riding lawn mower and a Briggs and Stratton pressure washer from a residence on Ashville Road, Walnut Grove. Both items have been recovered and returned to the rightful owner.

Dailey was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and is being held on $1,500 bond. He also has an outstanding warrant for a parole violation in Georgia.
