Narrative:
S-Farmanyan worked as an employee at a recycling center behind businesses in the 300 block of Arneill Rd. in Camarillo. During the past 2-3 weeks the 15 year old victim had been playing with friends in the area of the recycling containers and had contact with S-Farmanyan. During these encounters Farmanyan conducted lewd acts with the 15 year old victim.
During the investigation, it was learned S-Farmanyan had frequent contact with other children in the area of the recycling center. Anyone having additional information about S-Farmanyan please contact Det. Rettura.
