Amherst St from Elm St to Vine St will be closed Thursday Morning 4/28/16. 
On Thursday, April 28th, city crews will be removing the decorative arch on Amherst Street for repairs.
Amherst Street will be closed in the morning from about 8:00 am to 11:00 am from Elm Street to Vine Street.
Other street closures will be brief while the arch is moved to Victory Park while the repairs are made.
Motorists are asked to seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
