Midland Park residents'..........

On Saturday April 30 2016, the Midland Park Police Department and many other Police Departments throughout NJ will participate in OPERATION TAKE BACK.

This program is sponsored by the US Department of Justice (DEA), the Bergen County Prosecutor's office and Local Law Enforcement Agencies.

This program is for the proper disposal of expired or old and unused medications prescribed by physicians and no longer used. We will also accept over the counter medications as well. The Midland Park Ambulance Corps will be on hand to accept syringes, epi pens, and other sharp instruments. This program is to clear medicine cabinets and homes of unwanted medications and to dispose of them in a responsible and ecologically safe manner.

These items at times are abused by people within our homes and should be disposed of when no longer needed.

The Midland Park Police headquarters located at 280 Godwin Ave will be open from 10am-2pm on Saturday April 30 2016 for your participation in this program.
