On April 25th, there was a burglary and an entering auto from two different homes in the 500 block of Revenna Trail. A subject made entry into an unlocked vehicle in the driveway while the vehicle owner was inside the home. A cell phone was removed from the vehicle. The suspect then crossed the street and forced enrty into a home. Once inside the suspect ransacked the bedrooms taking jewelry and leaving another bag on the rear deck. Due to quick responce of deputies, investigators and assistance from the K-9 team, the suspect was captured after a foot chase through the woods. All items were returned to the owners. The suspect was also connected with an abandoned stolen vehicle near the crime scenes. Please remove valubles from your vehicle and lock your doors. If you have an alarm system, please arm it when you leave.
